Hi Jen, I loved the segment with Dr. Andrew Hill. I am doing more and more research on ketosis and what happens to the body when it fasts. Learning more and more about the importance of intermittent fasting, what it does at a cellular level and the importance of autophagy I do a 60 hour fast very month myself and I find that I am completely optimized in my performance and cognition when I do. I’ve gone as long as 94 hours before and o worked out twice the last day! I was feeling incredible!!!!

. I am trying to connect with the best of the best to find a cure for my mom who was diagnosed MSA parkinsons (rare form and devasting) where there is no cure for. I have my mom drinking exogenous ketones and taking a special MCT Blend for brain cognition and I have her on a low carb diet.
We know sugar is the enemy not fat. I’m running the Chicago Marathon (first time ever to do a marathon) for my mom as a Michael J. Fox athlete to raise money for their foundation. I’ve pledge $2,500. if I can run 26.2 miles my mom can find the strength to fight snd best this disease! I’m on a mission to inspire others, to helps them find better and know they have the ability to do whatever it is they want to in life. You are only limited by your perceptions of yourself!

Keep rocking and keep shining your beautiful light, you inspire me and your content is incredibly invaluable. So thank you!
